Broken cylinder head stud in block..need help. how do i get it out?

I have a 98 plymouth breeze with a 2.4L engine and im changing the head gasket on it and when i was putting the head back on I broke a head bolt so i had to remove the cylinder head again and the broken part is about one inch inside the block.. the bolt didn't brake flat it broke in a 45 degree angle so it would be hard to drill a hole on it to use extractor. any ideas to how i can get the broken stud out of the block??? all answers will be appreciated thank you for your answersBroken cylinder head stud in block..need help. how do i get it out?
i would flatten the surface and center punch it. then drill it out unless the stud is still showing out side of the block then get a vice grip pliers and turn it out. also do a hot and cold on the stud if you do the vice grip solution
