How to change head gasket 89 lebaron

I believe the 1989 Chrysler Lebaron was only offered with a 4cyl, 2.2L / 2.5L TBI, and MPI turbo, the 3.0L V-6 was only offered in the Van (Caravan %26amp; Voyager) and New Yorker models.

Chrysler offered the 3.0L as an option on all chryslers mini vans (AS body) starting in mid 1987, and in the New Yoker (AC body ) in 1988 {Dynasty is also a less optioned New Yorker platform (AC body)}

Lebarons recieved the 3.0L in 1990.

The 3.0L was released in the Dodge Shadow in 1991, and 1992 in the Plymouth %26quot;Duster%26quot; and as an option in the base Sundance, 2-4dr. Just so you Know!

I happened to work for a Chrysler / Plymouth dealership in the early 90's, so I have first hand knowledge.

there are far to many steps to list here in this type of forum. but I can tell you to make sure to label all connectors, vaccum lines, bag and store all bolts for each part and if needed take pictures of everything in the event that you forget how it all goes back together. a repair book is also nice to have. the books can be picked up for around 20 to 25 bucks..
