How do i change a head gasket on a 1998 Chevrolet?

My truck just blew its Head Gasket, and i need to replace it manually. Can anybody tell me how to replace a 1998 Chevrolet's Head Gasket.How do i change a head gasket on a 1998 Chevrolet?
remove distributor,fuel line,s,and all wiring %26amp; vacuum hose,s from the intake manifold , remove the intake manifold , remove exhaust manifold , remove any bolt,s holding any accessories in place like bracket,s,etc. , remove head bolt,s %26amp; push rod,s [ keep them in correct order for replacement]remove cylinder head , check both head %26amp; block for any possible damage , clean everything , replace the head gasket [ use a premium gasket] replace the head , bolt,s %26amp; push rod,s , torque head bolt,s in proper sequence , then replace everything else in reverse order , refill coolant , change oil , be sure to install distributor correctly so as not to disturb timing , install new spark plug,s , test run %26amp; add fluid,s as needed, adjust rocker,s before replacing the valve cover...run until it reach,s operating temperature to make sure it doesn't overheat...good luck....P.S....replace intake gasket ...this is a must...other gasket,s as necessary.How do i change a head gasket on a 1998 Chevrolet?
1. remove intake manifold...



2. remove head...



3. repair head if needed...



4. repair block if needed...



5. replace gasket with fel-pro one...



6. place head and intake back on engine...



7. adjust valves as needed...
