you got to also have the heads checked for warping and cracks so this cant be done in a day unless your just going to install new gaskets and take a chance on them blowing again,to do the job right you need to have the heads checked before you re-install them or you may wind up doing the same job over again,good luck.How long to change head gaskets ?

How long to change head gaskets ?If your wanting to do it yourself ,you could do it in a weekend. That's if you have the tools and knowledge to do this tpye of work.If you had it at a shop they would do it in a day.How long to change head gaskets ?
dont do this yourself. 06 model year is pretty new and a head gasket job on this would take special tools and a skilled mechanic for a job done right...not even mentioning the machinist that will have to inspect, resurface and clean the heads once theyre out
